COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF THE FEATURES OF THE PROMOTION OF ONLINE STORES AND SERVICE WEBSITES IN SEARCH ENGINES

Abstract

The purpose of the scientific research is to conduct a comparative analysis of the promotion of online stores and service sites in search engines, as well as to determine the features of their optimization. Ignoring the differences in the promotion of different types of web resources minimizes the company's ability to achieve the desired level of traffic and conversion value. That is why the problem of determining the specifics of the promotion of online stores and service sites to build the optimal strategy of marketing activities is relevant. The methodological basis of the article is research on the specifics of promoting web resources in search engines, as well as trends and tendencies of digital marketing. We used the following scientific research methods: comparative analysis, inductive analysis, synthesis, tabular and graphical modeling. The article examines the differences between the organic and inorganic promotion of online stores and service sites. The main types of web resources are described. It is outlined which companies most often order website optimization services. Current trends and tendencies of SEO and PPC promotion are analyzed, in particular, increasing the share of voice search, as well as the focus on E-T-A technology. The importance of the relevance of web page content to consumer search queries has been proven. A comprehensive and detailed comparative analysis of SEO, PPC promotion and usability optimization of online stores and website services has been conducted. The importance of conversion and the value of conversion are proved. It has been found that traffic design technologies are more important for service sites than online stores. The importance of focusing on the principles of omnichannel traffic, as well as maintaining a positive reputation in the online environment among other web resources. The practical value of the scientific article is the possibility of applying the results of comparative analysis to adjust the strategy of SEO and PPC-promotion of websites. The global perspectives of this study are a detailed review of the features and specifics of the promotion of online stores and service sites in B2C and B2B markets. In addition, it is worth analyzing SEO trends and usability optimization of web information resources.
