CURRENT TRENDS IN THE ORGANIZATION AND QUALITY CONTROL OF BOOKING SYSTEMS IN THE HOTEL INDUSTRY

Abstract

The work is devoted to the study of the introduction in hotels of different capacities of modern computer technology systems, which are used to book rooms in accordance with the requirements and wishes of consumers of hotel services. Today, the hotel business is an important highly profitable component of the hospitality industry in Ukraine. Therefore, booking systems in any accommodation institution are becoming more and more relevant and practical. The use of computer technology in the hotel business is growing rapidly, and new agencies are expanding to connect to global computer reservation networks such as Amadeus, Galileo, Saber, Worlspan, Fidelio, and more. With the help of which a high-quality and fast process of accommodation and service of guests in hotel enterprises is carried out. Surveys and questionnaires of guests in accommodation facilities showed that consumers of hotel services do not want to spend a lot of time on the process of registration, so the issue of fast and quality service during booking and check-in is very important. Modern service technologies today are able to change and improve various reservation systems, even make partial hotel reservations contactless. It is from the chosen booking system in the work of the service, there will be an effective process of guest service and accommodation in rooms. The use of various automation systems by employees of the Dispute can greatly simplify the system of booking and accommodation of future tourists, using a contactless method, which is based on hotel reservations using pre-sent passport data by e-mail. Upon check-in, the guest only presents his / her passport, the data of which is compared with those sent by e-mail, which significantly shortens the booking process. Due to the spread of coronavirus disease, accommodation facilities allow you to fill out electronic guest cards online and sign them digitally with your own signature. Given such weakenings in the process of booking and accommodation, the issue of quality control of services provided using modern methods of researching the quality of booking in accommodation facilities is particularly acute. The work of the hotel industry of Ukraine is studied with the help of Internet resources, literature, online surveys: practical experience of using different booking systems using the latest technologies to find modern ideas for further implementation in various booking systems, including the service, improve overall quality operation of accommodation facilities, due to new circumstances and restrictions on guest service.
