ANALYSIS OF THE MOTIVATIONAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM OF THE «GEORG PARK» HOTEL AND RESTAURANT COMPLEX

Abstract

The article considers motivational methods and current problems of staff motivation in modern business conditions and identifies their impact on the efficiency of the enterprise. In today's market conditions of economic development, much attention of any enterprise is aimed at increasing its productivity, increasing revenues, as well as increasing market competitiveness, which contributes to the coverage of new market segments. The driving force of enterprise development is the system of management and personnel management. Personnel is a specific type of resource that the company uses in its activities. One of the central problems in the implementation of socio-economic and political reforms is the regulation of relations between people involved in various parts of the system of government. Increasingly, personnel management is recognized as one of the most important areas of life of the organization, able to increase its efficiency and productivity. One of the most difficult aspects of enterprise management, of course, can be considered a system of personnel management, and especially the subsystem of motivation of employees. In the conditions of functioning of market management system the enterprise faces the need to act in a competitive environment, find and expand its «niche» in the market of goods and services, master a new type of economic behavior, constantly confirm its competitiveness in the eyes of business partners, competitors, media and consumers. As a result, the contribution of each employee to the achievement of the company's goals should increase. One of the main tasks of every business entity is to find effective ways to manage personnel, which ensures the activation of the human factor. The main factor in activating employees and increasing their contribution to the enterprise is motivation. As the main function of management, motivation is associated with the process of motivating subordinates to action through the formation of motives for achieving personal goals and goals of the organization. In Ukraine, only certain elements are used for various means of work motivation. This circumstance emphasizes the need to create a holistic system of incentives for staff, focused on the development and optimal use of labor potential of employees and high performance of the enterprise as a whole. Human activities and interests are not always limited to the need for monetary reward, but also form the need for moral methods of motivation. That is why the study of motivation systems in enterprises and the introduction of new methods of motivation provide the opportunity to achieve better results.
