ORGANIZATIONAL COMPONENTS IN BUSINESS MANAGEMENT OF DOMESTIC TOURIST ENTERPRISE

Abstract

The urgency of the topic lies in the need for comprehensive research on the formation of approaches, tools, mechanisms for determining the organizational components in the management of the domestic enterprise of the tourism industry. The aim of the study is to study the domestic specifics of the management of the tourism market to develop proposals for the implementation of organizational components in the management of the tourism business on the basis of their consistency and relationship in the post-crisis economic space. Research methods: comparison, generalization, analytical and research, survey, descriptive, structuring. The essence and content of the concepts "tourist business" and "business management of a tourist enterprise" are determined. The results of a survey of heads of enterprises in the Zaporizhia region, which revealed symptoms of the problem of "uncontrollability" of the tourism business, are presented. The preconditions for the choice of a specific business management concept by a tourist enterprise in the conditions of formation of post-crisis economic space are highlighted. The organizational components in the business management of a domestic tourist enterprise are proposed and schematically presented: basic (structures, marketing, production, business planning, logistics, finance, economics, accounting); auxiliary (communications and document flow between units; software and hardware platforms); integrated (human resource management and strategic management). Positive signs on the implementation of the concept of digital management in dotourism enterprises have been formulated. Recommendations for the development of a digital business management strategy by a tourism enterprise are provided. It is concluded that the priority in business is the transition from individual functional solutions to the implementation of integrated management models. The practical value of the article is to make effective decisions on finding business benefits of the tourist enterprise from the implementation of agreed organizational components in the management system.
