LAND MARKET AS A TOOL OF ACTIVATION OF ACTIVITY IN THE AGRICULTURAL SPHERE
Abstract
The article reveals the peculiarities of land market development as a tool to intensify activities in the agricultural sector. It is determined that Ukraine is a country with a strong agricultural and resource potential, as it has the largest areas of agricultural land, as well as the most fertile soils, including chernozems, in Europe and even the world. It was found that the intensification of agricultural entrepreneurship is possible under conditions when the market mechanism in the state is effective, market participants seek to support only fair competition and work for a common result - the development of the state, and the authorities support all this effective and rational in the context of certain circumstances of the Reformation measures. It is determined that as of June 6, 2022, in accordance with the land market reform, 102,321 agreements were concluded, in particular, the largest number of transactions was registered in Kharkiv, Dnipropetrovsk, Kherson, Kirovohrad and Poltava regions. It is determined that the achievement of the maximum socio-economic effect of land market reform in Ukraine is hindered by a number of problems, including: imbalance of national land policy strategy, imperfect national legislative support in land relations, lack of strategic course for proper development and formation of agricultural land market infrastructure. , high level of bureaucracy, etc. It is established that today, in accordance with the reform of the land market, land can be sold only at electronic land auctions, and the transfer of land rights owned by one business entity to another is not prohibited, and citizens of Ukraine and local communities can purchase land. , the state in the person of state legal entities and other legal entities of Ukraine, formed and registered in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine, participants (shareholders or members of which are citizens of Ukraine and / or state and / or territorial communities). In the perspective of further research, it is expedient to reveal the current trends in the development of the land market, starting with the introduction of the reform of the land market, and to make comparisons with the pre-Reformation period.
