SCIENTIFIC AND METHODOLOGICAL PRINCIPLES OF MANAGEMENT STRATEGIC CHANGES IN THE CONTEXT OF MODEL FORMATION MANAGEMENT OF THE ENTERPRISE IN THE CONDITIONS OF EUROPEAN INTEGRATION

Abstract

Business conditions in which domestic enterprises found themselves, are characterized by an extraordinary level of variability and unpredictability. However, the level of competition is not decreasing, but on the contrary, it is increasing from the side European producers of goods and services. Therefore, there is an urgent need to skillful construction of such a model of enterprise management, which would allow no only to quickly respond to the challenges of internal and external factors, and make balanced management decisions that will contribute to the future development or "keeping afloat" the enterprise in a certain period of time conditions of European integration. Research by scientists mainly concerns itself the change management, application of the latest methods and models of change management. We believe that the issue of integration remains important and relevant change management in the management model of the enterprise, which will contribute achieving positive both quantitative and qualitative results. The article is devoted to the formation of the enterprise management model based on the research of scientific and methodological principles of strategic change management. The modern environment of the enterprise is characterized by unpredictability and variability. It is important to understand the methodological foundations of change management to make balanced and informed decisions that related to organizational development and strategy formation. Strategic changes are an integral part of organizational changes, because they are implemented within a certain organization or enterprise. Strategic changes are directly related to strategic management of activities enterprise and the choice of strategy of its activity. Based on the study of scientific literature, they came to the conclusion that strategic changes as a component of organizational changes are aimed at implementing the strategy enterprise activity, taking into account and responding to the influence of internal and external environment, using modern tools of management and change management. Taking into account the logical chain of scientific and methodological principles strategic change management and cause-and-effect relationships between skills manage change and management efficiency and effectiveness we have built the appropriate model for the enterprise. We want to show how important it is for a manager to own this model change management tools to not only accept personally reasoned management decisions, but also to interest the company's personnel in the need to implement this or that project, to convince of the need to implement thechanges, enlist the support of personnel. In the model presented by us, strategic aspects are reflected management, i.e. the entire process of developing a company's activity strategy and strategic management of it, starting from the moment of environmental research enterprise activity, ending with the achievement of a new level of development or restoration of the pre-crisis level of development.
