Abstract

A significant risk factor in modern conditions is the tendency to globalize the economy. Today, most risk management issues can be addressed fairly quickly by increasing the strategic importance of enterprise-level risk management by supporting new coordination mechanisms that allow companies to work in the same direction without deviating from a given trajectory. It is important to remember that the company's activities may take place in conditions of uncertainty of the working environment, as well as the lack of accurate information. The head of the enterprise in the process of making management decisions makes significant efforts to obtain profitability, constantly improving its product (service), but they may come to naught because of the risk. The activities of organizations can take place in conditions of uncertainty of the operating environment, as well as the lack of accurate information. Speaking of business planning in general, we cannot get an affirmative answer about the behavior of a market economy, so there are risks. Keep in mind that in their day-to-day operations, companies encounter different types of business risks, including four main and other factors that can pose certain threats. However, certain business risk groups are not serious, and some can be divided into several categories. The functions assigned to the business risk management system determine the content of the management process itself. As the concept of business risk is constantly changing, it acquires additional meaning and a new type. Business risk management in the management of organizations is the key to its profitability and rational development. Because the problems of creating an effective business risk management strategy are relevant and need further study. The results of entrepreneurial activity are influenced by competitive relations between business entities, which increase entrepreneurial risks as a result of their transformation. All this together increases the need to take into account the business risks faced by entrepreneurs, and the factor of its development in general and each organization in particular. The prospect of further research is that it is necessary to develop effective tools that will simultaneously warn entrepreneurs about the likelihood of risky events and help make decisions about risk management.
