APPLICATION OF TEAL MODEL IN THE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM OF THE UKRAINIAN COMPANY

Abstract

The article is devoted to topical issues of the process of transformation of organizations that ensure the development of all spheres of economy and society. The tendencies of improvement of models of the organizations concerning requirements of the present and increase of level of susceptibility of workers of the organization are shown. The aim of the study is to analyze the innovative turquoise (teal) model of development, which determines the structure and mechanisms of coordination of the organization through a system of works, working groups and related processes based on the essential characteristics of the organization that can bring a particular Ukrainian company the development of employee awareness. Methods of system analysis and expert survey were used in determining the essential characteristics of turquoise organizations and their assessment of the level of efficiency of the company's employees in the orange and turquoise type. The preconditions and steps for the emergence of such organizations, their evolutionary development are analyzed, the work of practitioners in this field is studied. The decision-making process and receiving feedback within the workflow are analyzed. Systematized data on the main aspects of the turquoise organization as an organizational model of the future. The main characteristics of the model at the individual and collective level with concentration on the internal and external aspect are highlighted. The processes of transformation of the company from orange type to turquoise are shown. Necessary measures are allocated. The decision-making process is analyzed. The experience of companies in both Ukrainian and international markets in connection with the issue of changing the management model is studied. The main problems that arise in the implementation of the activities of turquoise organizations are studied, recommendations are made on the feasibility of using such a model on the example of the domestic company «CENTRAVIS PRODUCTION UKRAINE». The research can be useful for managers of companies that intend to implement a turquoise model of the organization in the formation of optimal measures for the transformation of the model and the expected receptivity of the staff of the organization.
