DIRECTIONS OF IMPROVEMENT OF MANAGEMENT OF MARKETING ACTIVITY OF THE CONSTRUCTION ENTERPRISE

Abstract

The article is devoted to topical issues of determining modern directions of improving the management of marketing activities of construction companies. To achieve high efficiency of enterprise management system development, it is advisable to integrate elements of relationship marketing. The purpose of integration of marketing of relations in process of management of the enterprise is increase of synergetic effect of current and strategic activity of all subjects of marketing system of interaction at the expense of joint marketing efforts. It is determined that benchmarking helps to improve the business on a regular basis, comparing certain products, services, processes of the company with the results of the strongest competitors or market leaders. This is a rather difficult path, and we have identified the most important steps for the implementation of benchmarking techniques. To achieve high efficiency of enterprise management system development, it is advisable to integrate elements of relationship marketing. A set of recommendations for the development of interaction marketing in accordance with the scheme of the main levels of relationships of the construction company. The analysis of interaction of the enterprise with state bodies allowed to divide them into three groups depending on character of interaction: controlling, regulating and providing. The vast majority of affiliate programs offer a commission fee in the form of a certain percentage of each carried out by the sales company. Thus, in order to generate income in this situation, you need to bring new and new partners all the time. To ensure successful activities in the work with the design and survey and research institute, it is necessary to conduct activities from each partner. Intermediaries play an important role in establishing partnerships because they can help build business relationships with all levels of the partnership marketing chain. It is proved that the development of interaction marketing involves the improvement of marketing activities of the enterprise by taking into account the interests of all parties. The presented directions of interaction marketing development will allow construction companies to improve economic performance.
